Netflix Reveal The Cast For Cowboy Bebop Live Action

The legendary anime Cowboy Bebop (1998) which is now adapted by Netflix so the live-action series finally found a player.

Based on official information, the series stars John Cho (Star Trek reboot) as Spike Spiegel, Mustafa Shakir (Luke Cage) as Jet Black, Daniella Pineda (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) as Faye Valentine and Alex Hassell (The Boys) as Vicious. Netflix also does not forget to give a description of each antihero character.

Beginning with Spiegel, he was a charismatic hitman with a deadly, relaxed and stylish smile. Spiegel traveled in space with Jet to look for dangerous missions. Turning to Jet, this good cop swerved into a contract killer after being tragedy. Jet is a fan of Jazz music and also captain of the Bebop aircraft.

While Faye is a hitman who is brave, rude and unpredictable. As a result of experiencing amnesia after being frozen for years, Faye was willing to do anything to survive, even though it could harm Spike and Jet. Finally, Vicious is a cruel assassin of the Syndicate, and he is also a former colleague and enemy of Spiegel.

Numbering ten episodes, the live-action series Cowboy Bebop is said to be inspired by jazz and combines various genres. Regarding the story plot, this series highlights the adventures of Spiegel CS hunting down a number of high-profile criminals, while bearing the brunt of their dark past. Developed since November 2019, the serial production of Netflix and Tomorrow Studios involved Shinichiro Watanabe (director of the Cowboy Bebop anime) as a consultant and Christopher Yost (Thor: Ragnarok) as the author of the first episode.
